Job Description: We are looking for a strategic and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and success of our products and services. Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to prioritize features and enhancements.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze metrics to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements, writing clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
- Drive product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Stay informed about technology advancements and regulatory developments to ensure product compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of financial technology and its applications.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
