We are seeking a dedicated and capable individual to fill a temporary position covering for a staff member who is going on maternity leave. The successful candidate can commit to a term of up to six months.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Administrating the day-to-day operations in Facilities Management Department.
- Manage Procurement Administration.
- Assist in contract administration, manage, and maintain proper filing records to M&E/facility-related repair and replacement project works, project schedule, work plan, project progress report, and other related correspondences.
- Assist the team with all operational activities relating to facilities and maintenance.
- Undertake ad-hoc initiatives and projects as required.
- Any other ad-hoc/administrative duties as instructed by superior. (Flexible in terms of work assignments)
- Collation of quotations and report when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Building/Facilities/Construction related
- Knowledge in any facilities related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good administrative and Organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Good team player, collaborative, willing to learn and able to work independently.
Additional Information
This is a temporary position intended to provide coverage during a maternity leave. The expected commitment is up to six months. This position has the potential to be converted to a permanent role based on the candidate's performance and the needs of the organization.
