We are looking for an Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal. You will need to manage all conveyancing tasks including purchases, sales, mortgages, refinancing, transfers, leases, powers of attorney, and stamp duties.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Drafting conveyancing documents and overseeing e-lodgement and e-stamping processes.
- Communicating effectively with financial institutions, banks, and clients to ensure smooth transactions.
- Liaising with government bodies (CPF, SLA, HDB, IRAS) as required.
- Conducting title searches as needed.
- Managing the firm’s conveyancing files from start to end.
- Keeping all financial institution and bank contacts up to date.
Required qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in law (experience is valued more than qualifications)
- Experience: at least 5 years in residential conveyancing with good knowledge of the process. It is important that you are able to handle the entire process without guidance
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Organised, meticulous, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in eLitigation and STARS eLodgment platforms
