Job Description
1. Assisting in performing/checking on invoice billing on a timely basis.
2. Assisting in closely follow up on the account receivable outstanding.
3. Closely co-ordinate with chartering admin executive and support for invoicing/follow up.
4. Assisting in monthly closing and ensuring all monthly invoices are accounted in system.
5. Assisting in e-invoicing data input for account receivable for Malaysia entities.
6. Assisting in e-invoicing for data collection and compilation for Purchases( import services/goods) for self-billed e-invoice as per LHDN rule.
7. Assisting Seniors/Manager in implementation/improving the accounts module for in-house system.
8. Assisting in reconciliation, preparation for audit as per IFRS standards.
9. Closely work with AP team on day to day basis and ensure smooth operation.
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent planning and implementation skills
5. Advanced proficiency in MS applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
6. Good understanding of accounting standards
7. Fluency in English with good English writing skills is a must
8. Willing to travel when it is necessary
