Key Responsibilities
- To ensure delivery of services by the Department in timely.
- Conduct research on law and other matters.
- To manage projects in a timely manner.
- To file documents properly, manage filing of documentation and maintain proper records.
- To draft, type and prepare letters/ contracts / documents.
- Able to review simple contracts and documents.
- Proof read documents.
- To prepare excel lists.
- To assist in preparation of Board, Board Committee meetings, General meetings of the Group and their respective papers and to send out these documents on time. Ensure such meeting are held successfully.
- Draft board resolutions and minutes of meetings.
- Assist to check through non-Disclosure agreements and other documents to ensure that they have been properly executed.
- Proficient in preparing powerpoint presentations.
- Make lodgements with the authorities.
- Provide administrative, filing and secretarial support to the department.
- To arrange meetings and liaise with third parties.
- Able to manage external and internal customers.
- Maintain confidentiality on all matters.
- Other duties as may be required from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma in Legal Executive Studies.
- 2 years onwards.
- Corporate experience required.
- Corporate secretarial experience is advantageous and preferred.
- Good research skills.
- Good logical thinking and practical.
