- Engage and connect with potential candidates across ASEAN/APAC regions, focusing on IT/Tech Sales/Consulting roles.
- Coordinate recruitment processes to support the Talent Acquisition lead, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and build solid networks within the industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT/Tech Sales/Consulting recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
