Job Responsibilities:
- Build long-lasting relationships and network with top talent in local markets
- Identify potential talent using a variety of sourcing tools like social media aggregators and platforms like LinkedIn
- Manage candidate pipeline using our customer relationship management (CRM) tool and applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Advise managers on recruiting strategy, including preferred locations, talent pools, and competitive landscape
- Work with managers to develop compelling job descriptions
- Continually develop a true understanding of the company culture
- Monitor our competition and report on market recruitment trends
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven research experience in the technology industry in corporate or agency environment
- Ability to source talent for roles like enterprise sales account manager, partner sales, sales specialist, solutions architect, and platform consultant
- Passion for sourcing talent and a creative, forward-thinking mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks and balance priorities
- Motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to resolve issues using creative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success using recruiting tools like Boolean search, databases, and social media
