Reports to Admin manager to provide support to operation of office.
Job scope:
· Attend all incoming telephone calls and visitors, receive emails and documents and handle courier services.
· Filing and general administrative duties every week.
· Office housekeeping – daily spot-checks and inform staff for anything outstanding and notifies Supervisor if it’s not done.
· Assist in contract preparation and invoice issuance
· Data entry for invoices and expenses
· Assist with hiring, including job ads posting, resume reviewing, arranging interview, employee work pass application etc
· Other adhoc task when assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum ‘N’ levels and above
- Fluent in Chinese as need to communicate with Chinese colleague
- HR experience is preferred
- No experience is welcomed, training will be provided
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and email
