Here is a rare opportunity to join an European Multinational in a newly created HR Generalist role supporting the region including Singapore, China, Australia, Dubai and Mongolia.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, you will be responsible for the delivery of all HR activities including managing the employee life cycle from onboarding to onboarding, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, data management, and HR reporting. Manpower planning and talent acquisition (both experienced and early career hiring) will be key focus areas.
The ideal candidate should be/have:
- Degree qualified with around 6 to 8 years of generalist HR experience, with strong experience in managing the end to end recruitment process.
- Regional HR experience will be a bonus.
- Sound knowledge of the local Employment Act, Human Resource organisational policies, processes and best practices
- Excellent communicator and strong team player
- A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity.
- A self starter who is agile, inquisitive and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
