You will be a key member of the talent acquisition team in bringing new talents to the organization. You will be our brand ambassador to bring on board like-minded candidates, aligned to our values and can contribute meaningfully to the digital transformation of the company
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the full life-cycle recruitment including actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process
- Manage recruitment tracking activities in ATS
- Prepare recruitment reports
- Partnering and working alongside with HRBPs, People Operations teams and/or recruitment agencies will be required.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
- At least 3 years’ of relevant experience in high volume end-to-end recruitment
- Agency experience will be advantageous
- Experienced in hiring for technical and sales roles (not a must, but will be an advantage)
- Experience and knowledge in application tracking system and job portals
