Job Descriptions:
Expand local and SEA region clients into China's inter-bank market for investment, custody, and other related businesses. Gather overseas customer resources, coordinate marketing strategies, and assist the head office in product innovation and promotion. With the goal of one-point access and one-stop service, the bank can reduce customer business docking costs and further improve customer experience.
1) Customer Relations Department Coordination
Assist the Financial Institutions Department in customer KYC (Know Your Customer), anti-money laundering, customer onboarding, and credit initiation processes; help customers resolve issues encountered in their participation in various products and services offered by the bank.
2) Client trading support
Maintain contact with investors through channels such as Bloomberg, Reuters, email, and phone to efficiently respond to client inquiries, identify and proactively address client needs, analyze and summarize client characteristics, and regularly communicate client situations to Shanghai Headquarters, who will support the bank in conducting financial market trading transactions with clients.
3) Customized product solutions
Design feasible portfolio product solutions tailored to client investment goals and needs, present recommendations to clients, and provide indicative pricing.
4) Market Research
Deliver group research reports, together with traders' perspectives and market updates to clients.
5) Personnel Training
Assist the bank in training local traders with professional knowledge and skills related to the China Interbank Bond Market (CIBM).
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in China Interbank Bond Market (CIBM) market making and research, familiar with CIBM rules and pricing feature.
- Good knowledge of onboarding procedure for client entering CIBM.
- Good business relationship with Greater China FIs.
- Ability to communicate effective both written and spoken in English & Chinese with external parties, internal stakeholders and HQ.
