Our client is a F&B Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Demand Planner to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the North.
Duties of Demand Planner:
- Create and manage long- and short-term demand plans and revise forecasts for new and existing markets.
- Analyze sell-through rates and implement corrective actions.
- Provide input on forecast accuracy and performance versus budget.
- Document commercial assumptions and coordinate gap-closing activities.
- Manage risks and opportunities for different regions.
- Consolidate business insights and understand market demand fluctuations and seasonality.
- Ensure KPI targets for BIAS and forecast accuracy are met.
- Stay informed about market conditions and promotions.
- Facilitate monthly demand consensus meetings with commercial teams.
- Lead pre-commercial reviews, explaining sales forecast accuracy and performance analysis.
- Support with analysis, planning, and reporting.
- Manage inventory projections and agreements with distributors.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Min 2 years of demand planning experience
