Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Customer Delivery Specialist to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the Central Town area – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly update the CRM system to provide management with accurate and timely delivery information.
- Work with the Sales and Operations teams to complete pre-delivery, registration, and delivery documents accurately.
- Handle all the requirements for the vehicle registration process for customers.
- Prepare customer loan and registration documents and collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful delivery appointments.
- Prepare vehicles and host delivery appointments, including personalized new owner orientations.
- Assist the Sales Manager with delivery center operations, task completion, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license.
