Roles & Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate for best value.
• Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
• Creating and managing purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy, and coordinating delivery schedules.
• Monitoring inventory levels, optimizing stock levels to minimize costs while maintaining sufficient supply.
• Analyzing costs, comparing prices from different suppliers, and making decisions that optimize cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
• Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
• Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities.
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
Qualifications
• Preferably with min 2 Year(s) of working experience for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent, preferably in relevant course of study.
• Relevant experience preferred.
Skillset(s) Requirement:
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
