(Japanese speaking) IT Analyst, Digital Transformation- TK
Our client is seeking a dynamic IT Analyst with a strong understanding of Digital Transformation (DX) and work style innovation (WSI) .
Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage IT expertise to design and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze and evaluate existing systems to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Drive work style innovation initiatives, promoting efficiency and collaboration.
- Utilize data analysis skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects.
- Ensure all digital projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
- Support Financial documentation creation on investment and M&A activities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Analyst or a related field
- Strong knowledge in Digital Transformation and Work Style Innovation.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Japanese language at business level to communicate effectively with the head offices in Japan.
- Experience in Business Development, Investment and M&A activities is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
