Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check items according to orders to ensure accuracy.
- Verify that all items are in good condition before loading.
- Ensure goods, meals, and parcels are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Keep the truck clean and well-maintained.
- Ensure all delivery invoices and delivery orders are acknowledged by the receiver.
- Handle the delivery of meals and parcels as part of daily duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications and Attributes:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the wholesale trade industry.
- Valid Class 3 driving license.
- Strong attention to detail for checking and verifying orders.
- Good time management to ensure timely deliveries.
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills to keep the truck in clean and working condition.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with receivers and acknowledging delivery
documentation. - Reliable and punctual.
- Physically fit to handle loading and unloading of goods, meals, and parcels.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good work ethic and a positive attitude.
