Job Responsibilities:
Teaching and Learning Duties
- Develop teaching and learning resources for ICT lessons in consultation with HODs to enhance students’ digital literacy and technological skills which include MS Excel, MS Word, touch-typing, use of SLS and Zoom platforms, and cyber wellness content.
- Conduct age-appropriate ICT classes for Primary Level students to ensure they acquire essential ICT skills.
- Co-conduct the ICT Club CCA during CCA days, supporting students with project work and competition preparation.
- Install and uninstall ICT training software before and after lessons.
- Ensure ICT equipment is in good working order before lessons begin.
Administrative Duties
- Perform administrative tasks related to ICT, such as managing the facilities booking portal and other ICT-related administrative work.
School Publicity and Communications Duties
- Manage the school's website and Facebook account, ensuring the information is up-to-date, and periodically check social media for articles of interest related to the school.
Miscellaneous Duties
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for major events.
- Help set up ICT equipment and video record events.
- Design posters, certificates, and banners for school events.
- Take photos and videos for school events and organization charts.
Requirements:
- Registered with MOE
- Preferably 2 years of experience in teaching ICT lessons in schools
- Possess minimally Diploma in ICT- related field
