Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% contract renewal rate with existing customers
- 100% conversion rate to maintenance contract after equipment DLP
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies such as value-add services to drive sales growth to achieve company goals
- Proactively generating leads and secure contracts from existing installed base
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers to create opportunities for new and renewal contracts
- Perform sales activities such as site survey, presentation of solution proposal, budgetary prices, quotations, costings, enquiry pipeline tracking, contract execution instruction.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of maintenance contracts
- Coordinate credit application for new customers
- Any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' level
- Possess good communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
