Responsibilities
- Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling/Equipment Maintenance/Maintain Equipment in good uptime
- Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
- Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
- Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality
- Engage in Production line (Equipment/Material) continue cost improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering ,Physics, Automation, Aerospace Engineering
- At least 10 years 8 inch or 8 years 12 inch semiconductor Fab ASML/Nikon Scanner or TEL Track machine maintenance working experience.
- Strong knowledge on TEL: ACT12,Lithius Pro/Lithius Pro V/Lithius Pro Z tool type or ASML Immersion, ArF, KrF,i-Line Scanner. Good hands-on skill.
- Good problem analysis and solving skills.
- Good in coaching and training for junior staff.
- Experience skills including FDC,SPC, 8D reporting, FMEA and Project management (PMO)
- Able to lead and drive within or cross section or department projects/task force.
- Able to commit day and night shift work.
