Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness in facility maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly and thoroughly.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring proper maintenance and replenishment as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and ensure that cleaning standards are being met.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate facility maintenance activities and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Generate monthly report to relevant department.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of cleaning staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Available to be on standby for occasional urgent cases.
- Capable of working shifts.
