CLO Office
1. Owns the process preparation and management of regular meetings, reviews, strategic workshop for country CLOs.
2. Content owner of strategic workshop, annual reviews and any CLO communication materials.
3. Lead process of target setting via OKR, develop and implement OKR operation mechanism and reviews to ensure key objective achievement throughout the organization
4. Develop and implement initiatives Improve overall top-down management effectiveness and ensure actions are followed through from ideas to impact.
Strategy
5. Business analysis: Work with BI & Finance on performance management and business analysis to identify potential problems and opportunities
6. Strategic projects: participate in strategy formulation and drive project implementation as PMO
Requirements:
1. Business/Supply chain/Logistics/E-commerce platform background.
2. MBA/master/bachelor graduates from renown university
3. Experience with financial modeling or financial analysis a plus
4. Consulting or work experience in CXO office preferred
5. Strong business acumen, analytical capability and sensitive to numbers and maturity to deal with senior stakeholders
6. Perfect English skills - both verbal & written.
7. Strong ownership, self driven, able to work under pressure
8. Presentable, cheerful and able to handle tough conversations/rejections.
