Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, investigate facts and check documents.
- Prepare and draft various legal documents and court papers.
- Attend court hearings and client meetings.
- Facilitate legal discussions and client interviews.
- Undertake litigation support functions.
- Drafting and maintaining correspondence with clients
- Managing appointment and hearing dates
- Preparing for and assisting with trials
- Electronically filing legal documents through eLitigation
Requirements:
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Team player and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $2,200 - $2,800 per month depending on experience
