Singaporean / PR Candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:Identify potential leads through various channels such as online research, networking, and referrals.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to expand the company's client base.
- Cold Calling:Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce Hadron GBS services.
Schedule meetings and appointments for Sales Account Managers with interested prospects.
- Database Creation and Management:Create and maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client information for effective follow-up and reporting.
- Support to Sales Account Managers:Assist Sales Account Managers in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
Gather and analyze client feedback to help refine sales strategies.
- Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the sales team.
- Relationship Building:Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Sales Reporting:Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in the technology or consulting sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High level of motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.
