Responsibilities
- Help sales team to formulate and execute marketing strategies based on the latest stock market trends to improve conversion rates among target users;
- Establish or refine internal processes related to the company's systems or services, or any value-added services;
- Support financial advisors both within China and abroad in achieving sales targets;
- Craft marketing copy, promotional videos, audio scripts, and landing page content in line with company’s marketing plans;
- Keep abreast of market information and maintain a deep understanding of financial markets to keep up with marketing trends;
- Regularly organise promotional and market events to generate leads and opportunities for iFAST globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above from internationally recognised universities, with a preference for graduates in finance-related majors;
- Proficiency in Mandarin to serve Chinese clients;
- Relevant work experience in wealth management, with a passion for the wealth management industry;
- Sharp-minded, excellent communication skills, strong ability to solve problems and manage complex interaction effectively, and strong sales skills;
- Show integrity and a strong sense of responsibility, able to learn fast and present high level of customer centricity mindset.
