Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the production of Quality BIM Models and construction documents.
- Manage and deliver a fully coordinated model in agreed formats.
- Ensure all models, drawings and structural data are well maintained and up to date throughout the course of the project.
- Assist in updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensure BIM models are modeled with the correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM based quantification.
- Work closely with the team and coordinate with other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per project requirements
- Coordinate with various vendors, contractors and sub-contractors.
- Use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability, and as-built.
- Perform clash checks and report any discrepancies.
- Perform quantity checks before releasing and exchanging the BIM Models.
- Ensure all works adhere to the project timeline and execution plan.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
- Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM software.
- Good team player with good written and spoken communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-driven and good at time management.
