Responsibilities:
· Work closely with the Manger to ensure smooth operations.
· Supervise and assist a team of crew on site.
· Maintain and control the use of stock, equipment & consumables.
· Assist the Manager in maintaining up-to-date asset list.
· Assist the Manager in scheduling for jobs and holiday leaves.
· Monitor performance and absenteeism of crew.
· Ensure that appropriate PPE are worn by relevant crew.
· Prepare overtime rosters for approval by the Manager.
· Check all equipment that require replacement or maintenance.
· Ensure company policies and standards are met by crew at all facilities.
· Liaise and monitor work done by outsourced contractors.
· Other duties as assigned by the Manager or the Management.
Preferred Requirements:
· Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
· Valid Class 3 driving license is mandatory.
· Physically fit (this is a hands-on position).
· Good communication and organisation skills.
· Able to supervise staff.
· Honest, responsible, and reliable.
· Team player.
Work location: Island wide
Working hours: 6 days work week
(Additional Off in Lieu will be given monthly)
