- Able to work 6 days split shift

Your roles and responsibilities are as follows:
- Preparation and cooking of Korean Cuisine.
- Manage the kitchen.
- Ensure overall cleanliness and good order of the assigned area.
- Ensure all equipment are in good working condition.
- Promote a friendly working atmosphere.
- Adhere to the Company policies and operating procedures.
- Contribute marketing ideas to strengthen brand name and increase sales revenue.
- To conduct periodic stock taking to always ensure accuracy of the inventory.
- Always ensure cleanliness and good hygiene of the kitchen.
- Always ensure cleanliness and good hygiene of the food storage.
- Train and supervise part-time staff whenever necessary.
- Other tasks assigned and when needed.
