Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth daily operations of reception counter
• Maintain neat and professional look of the reception area
• Handle incoming calls, deliveries and greet visitors
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier services and local mails
• Back up to book air ticket, room reservation, visa application, transportation arrangements, Arrange for travel services and meeting venues of team members.
• Follow up on presentation materials are prepared and ready for meetings for team
• Support director with all administrative duties, including scheduling & preparing of materials for use in management meetings, board presentations, and quarterly all-hands meets
• Administrative supports when necessary, other general administrative duties as assigned
• Ad hoc duties when required
Requirements
· Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
· With minimum 2 years experience as a Receptionist
· Full Time
