CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Bid for the project with management and QS team.
Overall project planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time, budget and Client’s expectations.
Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets.
Coordinate internal resources and used exsiting rare resources to ensure that work are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and projects (from start to hand over)
Responsible for the overall project management, planning & control, and execution, including project budget evaluation and profitability, control site cost strictly.
Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies, and other problems. To attend all meetings including project progress, site coordination, technical, safety & health and any meeting related to project matters.
Report to Management as needed daily.
Any other duties that may be allocated.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree / Master in Civil Engineering or Project Management or relevant field.
Proven at least 8 years of working experience in project management in the public and private residential, government and commercial building projects.
Solid technical knowledge related to structural, architectural (finishing) or M&E works.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills with management, workers and third party( Consultants and Sub- Contractors/Suppliers)
Written & reading Egnlish is needed, no need very high level but have to be enough for daily work.
