We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented e-commerce Operations Executive to join our growing team.
This role is integral to the efficient functioning of our online retail operations.
Candidate will be at the forefront of creating a seamless and efficient online shopping experience for our consumers, managing day-to-day e-commerce activities to contribute to the overall success of our online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order processing from e-commerce platforms.
- Customer Support for enquiries that come via emails, WhatsApp, e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc).
Key Qualifications:
- Min Diploma in relevant field.
- Previous experience or interest in e-commerce operations or a related field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written English communication abilities.
