Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Structure BIM Modeler to join our clients project team on-site for a 4-month contract. The ideal candidate will have strong Revit skills in structural modeling and experience in preparing formwork drawings and concrete body plans for site casting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage BIM models for structural components.
- Prepare detailed formwork drawings and concrete body plans for site casting.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings.
- Provide technical support and solutions to construction teams on-site.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with a main contractor in the building industry.
- Proficiency in Revit with a focus on structural modeling.
- Strong understanding of formwork and concrete body planning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
