Digitization Implementation:
- Collaborate with teams and service providers to identify areas for digitization within various processes and workflows.
- Implement digitization solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Software Application Support:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for software applications related to digitization efforts.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of digital tools and platforms.
Data Management:
- Efficiently manage and organize digital data assets.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed documentation of digitization processes, workflows, and implementations.
- Generate regular reports on digitization progress, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports/sales reports, coordinating with engineers and suppliers, and handling correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to facilitate smooth operations within the department.
Basic Requirements:
- Experience in digitization and digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency in software application support and troubleshooting.
- Strong data management skills, including data integrity and security.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- Effective administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Good Team player and able to work well under stress in a fast paced environment
