Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers in setting up project accounts upon the Projects award.
- Work closely with project managers to prepare project financial performance revenue and cost against budget.
- Monitor and summarize the project revenue, cost and billing
- Monitor project expenses to ensure that it is align with the forecast expenses and buget.
- Assist Project Managers to monitor project milestones.
- Assist Project Manager to orepare and submit the consultancy claims.
- Monitoring staff utilisation and regularising staff time sheet.
- Prepare finance related material for monthly business project update meetings.
- Work closely with SJ group finance team in extracting required information
- Organize project reviews throughout the life of each contract including coordinating the close-out process
- Review, verify and process project related transactions (purchase requisitions, invoices, etc.)
- Work to continuously improve project execution processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with major in accounting, business administration, or finance.
- At least 2 years experience in cost estimation, budgeting or financial analysis, preferably in engineering / infrastructure sector.
- Strong analystical abilities in analyzing project cost, identifying trends, forecasting future expenses
- Good written and fluent verbal communication skills in English.
- Discipline, self-motivated, responsible and highly proactive.
- Detail and goal oriented with strong time management
- Well versed in MS Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experienced in the use of PowerBI is preferred
- A good team player with good communication and planning skills.
