We are seeking a Relations Manager who will be instrumental in maintaning and growing client relationships, while leveraging strong communication and PR skills to enhance our market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to nurture and expand relationships with institutional and retail clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing any client concerns or inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and objectives, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage communication and engagement with clients through various channels including meetings, presentations and regular updates.
- Monitor industry trends and client feedback to proactively identify potential issues and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, conferences and seminar to represent the company and network with potential clients.
- Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape affecting clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relation management, client services, or business development, preferably in financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
- Strategic thinker with strong analyticsal and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and indrty events.
