Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Handle Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable functions for a portfolio of entities
- Daily and monthly receipts reconciliation
- Handle month-end vendors payments
- Reconcile medical insurance claims submitted to payment reports
- Maintain cash book and prepare bank reconciliation
- Assist in monthly accounts closing including accounting transactions
- Prepare various accounting reports and schedules
- Filling statutory forms required
- Participate in inventory and fixed asset count (if required)
- Liaise with internal and external parties to follow up on any other matters
- Maintain good documentation and proper filing system
- Any other tasks as directed by Manager
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- IT savvy and Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word
- Proactive, committed and ability to work independently under tight schedule
- Must be accurate and good in dealing with figures
- Possess strong technical and problem solving skills
- Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Good team player
