Job Overview
A Claims Admin in the risk advisory department is expected to assist Claims Executives in all administrative works which including but not limited to maintaining claims records/ registration and claims folders, keeping track of various deadlines, managing claims inbox, assisting Claims Executives in preparation of various reports and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Responsibilities & Duties
Ø Teamwork – assisting claim colleagues during their absence
Ø Maintain full and accurate claim registration
Ø Follow up on your outstanding issues/ emails every 25 calendar days
Ø Assisting Manager to keep track of outstanding claims
Ø Assist in claim related administration works including managing claims inbox and folder
Ø Work Closely with Claims Manager and Claims Executives for timely and accurate update of claims records/ registration
Ø Full understanding of claims procedures and processes for all classes of insurance policies
Specific Skills Required
Ø No experience required – minimum O-Level/ SPM/ UEC/ ITE or its equivalent
Ø Good Initiative, good follow up and documentation trail.
Ø Able to communicate in simple English
Ø MS Office Competent
Ø Detail-oriented
