We are excited to announce the opening of a new Japanese Izakaya in Singapore and we are looking for a talented kitchen&service member to join our team! As part of our opening team, you will play a crucial role in bringing the flavors and culture of Japan to Singapore.
-Place: Tanjong Pagar
-Working Time: Basically 8 hours for Shift-based schedule between 10:00 AM and 11:30 PM.
In case of need over-time work, OT payment will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing our restaurant business
- Implementing Food coordinating and our menu
- Conducting Market Research to superior menu and services
- Supervising restaurant staff team
- Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Improving our restaurant staff’s hospitality and courtesy
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in Japanese cuisine.
- Passionate and creative in cooking.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
- High hygiene standards.
