Job Description:
- Process all driver resignation
- Meeting taxi fleet operating and revenue fleet target
- Listening to driver’s feedback and concern, assisting by escalating to higher management or the relevant departments
- Offer the various retention contract schemes to convince the driver to renew their contracts
- Assist to carry out other duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
- GCE O Levels
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative/customer service-oriented role
- Microsoft Office knowledge
