- Position Title: Accounts Executive
- Working Location: Tagore Industrial Ave
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days, (Mon – Fri, 9 am – 6 pm; Sat, 9 am – 1 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Compute and reconcile customer/ supplier account balances with overall totals.
- Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes.
- Accurately input timely data into the accounting system.
- Maintain precise financial records and prepare statements.
- Perform month-end closing activities and procedures.
- Handle payroll transactions using the company accounting system.
- Record and manage all business transactions using principles of double-entry accounting.
- Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.
- Document transactions for sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.
- Generate system reports from the accounting system for management’s usage.
- Utilize IT systems and tools effectively for data analysis.

- Professional certificate/ qualification in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in using MS Excel and accounting software.
