We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our growing establishment! In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
- Manage food and beverage budgets, including cost control measures and menu pricing.
- Oversee food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to all health regulations.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers.
- Represent the restaurant professionally at events and meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Food & Beverage management role.
- Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.
- Bachelor Degree or Experience Need.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
