Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Equipment Wholesaler
- Position Title: Electrical Engineer/Service Engineer (Electrical)
- Working Location: Tuas West
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5.30 pm (One Saturday per month, 8 am – 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out testing and commissioning related to marine propulsion systems, power generation systems (Marine and Land), deck machinery, etc.
- Able to perform hands-on fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and maintenance of marine systems/components in workshops and on-board vessels.
- Must be willing to perform hands-on work in mechanical repairs, installation, and removals.
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings (Electrical and pneumatic).
- Provide support to the project team on the implementation of new projects.
- Provide technical support to customers.

- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering, preferably Major in Power.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates with experience in Electrical Control Systems are preferred.
- Comfortable with travelling (Anchorage/Local/Overseas) on short notice and at odd hours.
- Comfortable with working outdoors and onboard.
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply, as training will be provided.
