We are searching for a highly motivated Food Services Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vibrant store. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with all food safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
- Stay informed of industry trends and implement strategies to continuously improve store performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and cost-control practices.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor Degree or Experience in Store Management
