Position: Accounts Assistant
Location: Choa Chu Kang
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm & Alternate Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
Salary: Up to $2700
Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Perform cashiering duties, including processing payments and managing transactions.
- Prepare Statements of Accounts (SOA) upon customer request.
- Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Conduct finance reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant finance experience.
- A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
- People oriented with a willingness to learn.
