We are looking for an experienced and motivated Regional Finance Lead to provide strategic financial leadership to the Regional part of our Global Account. The successful candidate will ensure appropriate financial management, control, and reporting in line with our client and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality client relationships across all sub-regions of the account.
- Establish robust working relationships with client stakeholders, Global Finance Director, and the Regional Alliance Director.
- Respond to client audit requirements promptly and accurately.
- Drive high-quality financial and commercial performance in alignment with contractual commitments and corporate policies.
- Identify and implement savings opportunities to maximize financial targets.
- Ensure Balance Sheet governance and compliance with SOX control requirements.
- Manage Regional Account overheads and seek areas of efficiency.
- Deliver high-standard GWS and Client management information including annual budgets, monthly management accounts, and forecasts.
- Manage the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial systems.
- Line Management of Account sub-regional finance teams across all countries.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a complex multinational environment.
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to contribute to decision-making.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable:
- Higher educational qualifications.
- Previous experience in a service industry role using operating systems such as Dynamics AX & Peoplesoft.
