We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our clients team, responsible for leading financial reporting and consolidation for our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, reporting, and consolidation, with expertise in managing complex financial data and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial reporting and consolidation for the group, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage and consolidate financial data from various subsidiaries and departments.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, such as IFRS or US GAAP.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as audit and tax, to ensure seamless financial operations.
Develop and implement financial reporting processes and procedures.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, consolidation tools).
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with financial planning and analysis.
Certification in financial reporting (e.g., CFA).
Ability to communicate in Taiwanese Chinese to prepare financial statements for Taiwanese listed companies.
