è Filing of documents / order stationery
Accounting Duties
Accounts Receivables & Payables
è Generating of Sales invoices and updating Supplier invoice into accounting system - SAP
è Follow up payments/collections with Customers
è Updating of Receipts & Payment Voucher into accounting system
è Updating of Customers & Tally with Suppliers Statement
è Liaising with Customers via email on deliveries
è Handle Petty Cash
