Joining the esteemed Group FP&A team, you will spearhead critical functions including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, pivotal in shaping strategic decisions. Skills and Experience Needed:
We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, complemented by a robust background of at least 12 years in finance and accounting, including significant experience in team leadership. You should possess strong analytical skills, capable of transforming intricate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication abilities are essential, enabling you to influence senior stakeholders and articulate compelling financial strategies effectively. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, adept at managing multiple priorities with a collaborative approach.
