Job Scope:
· Month-end Closing including, but not limited to:
- Journal Posting
- Reconciliations/Audit Schedules (except AP & AR)
- Preparation of quarterly GST reporting schedules
· Month-end reporting, including system submission
· Assists in Monthly forecast/ semi-annual budget/ annual mid-term budget planning
· Customer & Vendor Master Maintenance
· Preparation of company income tax computation/ schedule
· Fixed assets management (Addition/ Transfer/ Disposal/ Write-off/ semi-annual sighting)
· Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial information/ reports
· Assists in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls/ procedures
· Assists in compliance matters like internal/ external audit
Requirements:
· Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or O Levels with prior experience
· At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields
· Familiar with SAP is an advantage
· Knowledge of Partial Sets/ Full Sets
· Able to start work immediately or on short notice
