Our client is one of the leader in the local bank, they are hiring a risk and control analyst to join the team.

Contract role
Key Accountabilities:
1) Assess, closely monitor and proactively manage risk areas, with a focus on these key risk areas such as Incidents, Audit & Unit Self-identified issues, RCSA, Residual Risks, GenAI Guardrails.
2) Preparation of operation risk forum materials for management, review and report risk metrices. Ensure data accuracy, completeness and actions are addressed in a timely manner.
3) Perform review of risk landscapes, identify control lapses, perform root cause analysis, highlight adverse trends for action and standardize best control practices across locations.
4) Manage regional risk & control projects for globally where required.
5) Participate actively in the Risk Forum to effectively communicate key risk initiatives and control topics to location heads and risk managers.
6) Raise staff awareness on risk & control and trainings where required.
7) Support the team on key deliverables or new initiatives
