Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing campaigns, managing our social media platforms, and assisting in the development of marketing materials. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our brand message is communicated effectively and consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print.
- Manage and update content on our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, managing lists, and analyzing performance.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and webinars.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and content.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and update our customer database and CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
